Marsh Estate was established in 1971 on one of the most premium properties in the Hunter Valley. Marsh Estate specialises in the classic varietals of Semillon and Shiraz for which the Hunter is so well renowned. The vineyards are completely non-irrigated, allowing for the most complex fruit to be processed for winemaking.

Everything is grown, hand picked, crushed, fermented, made, matured and bottled on the Estate.In a time when Australia’s booming wine industry is virtually unregulated by its government, this is a rare and treasured occurrence.

The Estate is now in the hands of second generation winemaker, Andrew, and his wife Holly. The focus of the operation is very simple - to make the best quality wine from the nearly forty year old vines. As a result, Marsh Estate has built up a solid reputation throughout Australia for producing very high quality wines.
